In accordance with applicable Portuguese law, all products sold by Misu are covered by a 3-year legal warranty, applicable exclusively to final consumers (individuals purchasing for personal and non-professional use).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity that exist at the time of delivery and does not depend on the availability of technical assistance for the product.

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized technical interventions, or normal wear and tear (e.g. scratched lenses or natural material degradation over time).

Without prejudice to the legal warranty, any visible defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. After this period, the product will be considered accepted in perfect condition.

If a covered defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled—at no cost—to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as established by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Misu, along with its parent company, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:

• your breach of these Terms of Service or any referenced policies and agreements;
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
• any infringement of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property or privacy rights.

This obligation will remain in effect even after your use of the website or services has ended.
